She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Harmon and Nellie Craft Harmon; her husband Dwight Vance; and her siblings, Viola Welch, Alberta Marshall, William, Jerry and James Harmon.
She is survived by: her sisters, Mary McSorley and Irene Freeman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Newman-Ferguson and Hatten Cemetery (1925 US-52, Kenova, WV 25530).
