She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlan Ray and Esta Arlene Kirk; and her former husband Jerry Lee Davis. She is survived by: her husband Allen Gene Osburn of Kermit, WV; her daughters, Mallory Davis Howard (Joseph) of Prestonsburg, KY and Nicole Arlene Watson (Brett) of Prestonsburg, KY; her sisters, Sherry Lane Moore (Mike) of Paintsville, KY and Mia Meshell Ray (Ricky) of Kermit, WV; her grandchildren, Kiley Watson, Willow Watson and Holden Howard; and her close friend Diana Parsley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
