With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Carol Ann McNeely of Kermit, West Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Block Jr. and Lola Marcum Justice. She is survived by: her husband Justin McNeely; her children, Roy Thad Delong (Hannah) of Pilgrim, Dalton Delong of Kermit, Alexander Delong of Kermit and Ashley Ward (Johnathan) of Kermit; her grandchildren, Mattick, Madeline, Adam, Harvey, Braxton and Hazel; her brothers, Anthony Block (Corey) of Warfield and Eugene Block (Natasha) of Waverly; and her nieces and nephews, Nick Block, Lola Block, Braden, Isaiah Block, Jacob Maynard, Ayden Maynard and Aria Maynard.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Church As Well. A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jenny's Creek Baptist Church (879 Jennies Creek Rd, Kermit, WV 25674).
