She is survived by: her husband Clearfield Collins of Kermit; her daughter Tonya Workman; and her sisters, Winona McGraw, Pantha Hedrick and June Shumaker. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
