The family announces the passing of Anna Yvonne Layton (Keyser, West Virginia) on September 17, 2026. Anna, born on June 23, 1936, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank M. Hawk and Erma Hanlin Hawk; and her siblings, Lucy Hipp, Lona Hawk, Janet Thompson, Mary Watrous, Arlo Hawk and Ari Hawk.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Layton (Jim Bess) and Deborah Layton (March Walker) of Morgantown. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Markwood Funeral Home (111 S Mineral St, Keyser, WV 26726). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Maysville Cemetery (169 Cemetery Rd, Maysville, WV 26833).
