It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arbutus Virginia Kane of Keyser, West Virginia, who passed away on June 7, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Ezra and Nannie Lee Likens (Ferrebee); her husband Charles Arnold Kane; and her brother Melvin "Tinker" Likens. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Lou and C. William "Bill" Kane (Diana) of New Creek, WV; her granddaughters, Teresa Wolford (Kenneth), Krista Price (Lee) and Brenda Kane; her great grandchildren, Joshua and Jeremy Everett; and her great great grandchildren, Addy, Brantley, Jaci, Cooper, Scarlett and Ryder Everett.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home ~ Keyser Chapel (85 S Main St, Keyser, WV 26726). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
