He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Riley Biser, Sr. and Ruth Collene Biser (Shepard). He is survived by: his wife Janice Leah "Jan" Biser (Tasker); his sons, Sean Biser (Sarah), Shannon Biser (Amber Stevenson), Trent Redman (Tiffany) of Charleston, WV, Shane DuVal (Sandy) of Keyser, WV and Chris Brown of Huntington, WV; his brother Gerald "Jerry" Biser (Aileen) of Bridgeport, WV; his grandchildren, Tyler Biser (Chelsea), Jacob Biser, Jackson Biser, Caden Biser, McKaily Moran, Samuel Biser, Carmen Biser, Betsy Redman and Teddy Redman; his great grandchildren, Brooks Biser and Heath Biser; and his nephews, Aaron Biser and Evan Biser.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Markwood Funeral Home (111 S Mineral St, Keyser, WV 26726). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
