He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Dayton Kiser and Mary Elizabeth Kiser (Llewellyn); his siblings, Byron R. Kiser of Meyersdale, Ralph L. Kiser of Essex, Maryland and Betty Lawing of Denver; his niece Diana Lee Kiser; his great-nephew Scotty Lytle; and his close friends, Jean Cook of Rawlings, Maryland., Rocky Leatherman and Bill Lyon.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gina Kiser, Misti Mills and Bambi Paitsel; and his grandchildren, Autumn Kiser, Justin McKenzie, Myriah Hines, Jenaya Hines, Amanda Mills, Christopher Paitsel and Lucas Paitsel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Markwood Funeral Home (111 S Mineral St, Keyser, WV 26726). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at the Fort Ashby Cemetery.
