She was predeceased by: her parents, Dolores R. Rinard (Butts) and Garlin Junior VanMeter of Keyser; and her siblings, Rebecca Staggs, Garlin "PeeWee" VanMeter, Jr., Robert Rinard, Jr. and Harold Rinard.

She is survived by: her grandson James Fisher, Jr.; her husband Gerald Lee Braithwaite; her children, James Robert "Jim Bob" Fisher (Tiffany) of Burlington, WV, Crystal Lynn Fisher of Keyser and Bobbi Jo Morgan (Dave) of Keyser; and her siblings, Richard Butts (Debbie) of Virginia, Brenda Raynor (William) of Keyser and Rhonda Weasenforth of Piedmont, WV.

Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Smith Funeral Home ~ Keyser Chapel (85 S Main St, Keyser, WV 26726). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
