He is survived by : his mother Robin D. Davis Edwards (Martin); his stepfather David W. Smearman, Sr.; his significant other Michelle Charlton Davey; his sons, Korben Bergmann of Verona, Nelson Dalton Creed Davey of Burlington and Cash Remington Hyder Davey of Burlington; his grandson Hezekiah Hyder Charles Davey; his sisters, Tammy Kile (Roger) of Rawlings, MD, Elizabeth Jean Arbogast of Cresaptown, MD and Cathy Jo Lindt (Dennis) of Cumberland, MD; his stepbrothers, David Smearman, Jr. (Jessica) of Grantsville, MD and Henry Smearman (Elizabeth) of Friendsville; his mother-in-law Cynthia Elaine Charlton of Burlington; and his uncles, Melvin Martin (Kim) of Lonaconing, MD and Marvin Martin (Kim) of Barton, MD.. He is also survived by his family and he has left behind many friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel (85 S Main St, Keyser, WV 26726). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

The family also requests that memorial contributions be directed to the Smith Funeral Home, 85 S. Main Street Keyser, WV 26726 to assist in defraying funeral expenses.
