He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Jeffrey Clay, Sr. and Betty Sue Clay (Wilson). He is survived by : his wife Georgeianna B. S. Clay (Blacka); his daughter Jazmen Skye Clay; his brother Derik S. Clay; his parents-in-law, Shelby Moorehead, George and Mary Blacka (Shears); his siblings-in-law, Katauna Blacka, Sara Brown, Kenny Gano (Amber), B. J. Gano and Aaron Gano; and his goddaughter Halley Blacka (Lillie Wilson).
