He was predeceased by: his parents, Chelcie L. Sanders and Ann Mae Kirk Sanders; and his stepson Phillip Sherman, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Hedrick Sanders; and his sister Phyllis Harman (Bob) of Keyser. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Faith-In-Action Food Pantry, P.O. Box 1073, Keyser, WV 26726, to honor Don's enduring legacy of compassion and community service.
