She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Paul and Jeanette R. Mankins (Slayton); and her husband Clifton R. Biser, Sr.. She is survived by: her son Clifton R. Biser, Jr. (Kathryn) of Keyser; her grandson Clifton R. Biser, III (Ashley) of Moulton, Alabama; her great grandchild Eliana Biser; her stepgranddaughter Leslie Waybright; her stepgreat-grandson Lucas McClure of New Creek; her siblings, Wendell G. Mankins (Betty) of San Antonio, Texas and Betty Molinatto of Warren, OH; and her extended family, Nelson and Janet Tasker of Keyser.
