She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon C. Spiker and Eithel M. Spiker (Manks); her brothers, Gerald and Leonard Spiker; her siblings' children, Andrew Spiker and Joyce Turner (Spiker); and her siblings-in-law, Donald Myers, Vera Spiker (Welch) and Carole Spiker (Quimby).
She is survived by: her husband Roger D. Hammons; her children, Jeanette Farris (Eric) of Keyser, Allen Hammons (Amber) of Stephens City, VA and Brian Hammons (Rebecca) of Fort Ashby, WV.; her grandchildren, Travis Hammons (Dehlia Sines), Anthony, Timothy (Shania), Nicholas Farris, Addison, Zachariah, Samuel and Michaela Hammons; her great grandchildren, Damien and Deacon Hammons; her sister Anna Myers of Romney, WV; and her sister-in-law Peggy Spiker of Elk Garden, WV. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and her canine companion.
