He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Howard and Retha Howard (Cook); his siblings, Douglas Howard and Mary Keller (Howard); his granddaughter Misty Howard; his niece Megan Wallace; and his close friends, Fred Guinn, Joe Hayslip and Jesse Arnold.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy and Sherry Howard; his stepdaughter Deborah Mauk; his wife Evelyn Howard of Keyser, WV; his daughter Jennifer Riggleman (Bucky Riggleman) of Petersburg, WV.; his stepsons, Doug Smith and Timothy Thompson (Verna Thompson) of Keyser, WV; his sisters, Juanita Michaels (Pete) of Eglon, WV, Jeannie Howard of Keyser, Margie Faulkenburg of Ranson, WV, Vickie Howard of Keyser, WV and Pam Sagel (Joey) of Westernport, MD.; and his pet Tigger. He is also survived by 11 grandkids and 20 great grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.
