He was predeceased by: his father Gerald A. Baker, Sr.; his sister Angilique Vivan Vogel; and his godparents, Dale Andrew Fertig and Joan Smith. He is survived by: his mother Donna Mae Vogel (Evans) of Keyser; his son Matthew Miller of Keyser; his aunt Loretta West (Bill); his nephews, Zach and Brady "Andy" Bowen; and his cousin Warren Bush.
