She is survived by: her husband James Loy of Keyser; her children, Jim Loy (Dawn) of Martinsburg, WV, Denise Ann Gibney (Kenneth) of Raising Sun, MD and Christina Diane Monger (Mike) of Raising Sun, MD; and her siblings, Charles Hayes (Barbara) and Maxine Viney (Russell) of Keyser. She is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
