She was predeceased by: her parents, Roman Mills and Flora Mills (Ketterman); her husband Joseph Edward Haines; and her granddaughter Tori Elaine Ann Haines. She is survived by: her sons, Jason Haines of Keyser, Justin Haines of Keyser and David Mills of Baltimore, MD; her granddaughter Jennifer Nicole Dye of Frostburg, MD; and her sister Cindy Muir of Rawlings. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
