She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth "Lefty" Rice and Mary Frances Rice (Rumer). She is survived by: her daughters, Melanie Williams (Brad) of Accident, MD, Brenna Earnest (Clinton) of Keyser and Amanda "Mandy" Staggs (Derrick) of Keyser; and her grandchildren, Tanner, Tyler Staggs, Zachary Marsh, Seth Earnest and Charlie Williams.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Keyser High School Athletic Trust or Keyser Presbyterian Church in her memory.
