He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Croley and Dewey Moore; his siblings, Leroy, Harold, Evelyn, Lothita, Anny and James Cecil Moore; and his siblings-in-law, Paul Denton, Lonnie Denton, Edna Swinka and Helen Simonsen.
He is survived by: his wife Alfreida Moore; his daughter Victoria Dawn Wilson-Moore (Ashley); his grandchildren, Kristina Barker, Michael Starliper (Nicole), Kenneth Starliper, Michelle Starliper and Blake Wilson-Moore; his great grandchildren, Kaleb Brawley, Liam Starliper and Logan Starliper; and his siblings-in-law, David Denton (Brenda), Judy Brandt (Bill), Linda Denton and Dolores Denton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, neighbors and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the New Creek Southern Baptist Church (30 Morgan St, Keyser, WV 26726).
In Kenny's honor, the family welcomes food or donations to be sent to 99 Pendleton Street, Keyser, West Virginia. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kenny's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
