He is survived by: his wife Pamela Sue Umstot (Carr); his siblings, Butch Riggleman (Dixie) of Burlington, WV, Larry Riggleman (Judy) of Fountainhead and Mary Ann Tekieli of Fairmont, WV; his sisters-in-law, Sharon Engle (Fred) of Keyser, Brenda Morriss (Raymond) of Cumberland, MD and Barb Litten (Dan) of Fort Ashby, WV; his niece Anna; his nephews, Cole Engle, Brent, Todd Riggleman and David Tekieli; Tom, Hetzel and L. A..
