We bid farewell to Leoda Fern Cox of Keyser, West Virginia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 4, 2025 at the age of 102. Leoda touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Allen and Rella Rebecca Kimble (VanMeter); her husbands, Thomas A. Carr and George W. Cox; her children, George A. Kimble and Margaret J. Sargent; her grandsons, Robert A. Carr and Paul Keith Carr; her great grandchild Brook Fern Donahue; her siblings, Joy Alt, Hazel Kile, Louella Harbaugh, Arnold, Wesley, Henry and Ray Kimble; her stepsons, Donald and Michael Cox; and her daughter-in-law Barbara Carr.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Carr of McCoole and Debbie Rinker (Mike) of Keyser; her stepson Craig Cox (Barbara) of Keyser; and her children-in-law, Alice Kimble of McCoole and Durwood Sargent of Bow, NH. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and numerous great great grandchildren and step grandchildren.
