She is survived by: her children, Betty Joann Shears of Keyser, Mary "Tiny" Rice (Lynn) of Keyser, Jenny Lynn Burroughs (Andy) of Dudley, NC and James House, Jr. (Krista) of Keyser; and her grandchildren, Melonie Rice (Adam), Julie Shears, Mary Elizabeth "Liz" Likin (Rodney), Bethany Rice, Joshua Dante, Michael, Brittani, Mikena, Jessie, Dustin and Zoey. She is also survived by 33 great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel (85 S Main St, Keyser, WV 26726). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
