He was predeceased by: his parent Jerry D Borror of Keyser. He is survived by: his grandparents, Roy, Hazel Borror and Beth Lease; his aunt Liz Umstott; his parent Kathy (Bobby Werner); his siblings, Erich Borror of Keyser, Carly Borror (Brian Everett) of Frostburg, Donna Heinrich (Mike) of Arizona, Deborah Watkins (Dave) of Florida, Kayla Werner (Angelo), Haleigh Brenneman (Tyler), Kloey Bowser (Mike), Emily Werner (Ryan) and Noah Werner; and his close friends, Christina Rice and Emily Keiper (Justice Hoban).
