He was predeceased by: his father James E. Harris; his grandparents, Earl, Mary Shoemaker, Joe and Beatrice Harris; and his nephew Timothy Michael Harris.
He is survived by: his mother Joyce D. Norvell (Don) of Elizabeth City, NC; his wife Tina Marie Harris (Johnson); his sisters, Tammy Harris of Accident, MD, Robin Crowder of Elizabeth City and Sherry Smith of Keyser; and his aunts and uncles, Earlene Parks of Keyser, Helen Bell of Romney, WV, Linda Shoemaker of Front Royal, VA, Earl Shoemaker of Burlington, WV and Ted Harris of Keyser.
The family requests that memorial contributions be directed to the Smith Funeral Home, 85 S. Main Street Keyser, WV 26726 to assist in defraying funeral expenses.
