She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Allen "Tarzan" Loar and Wanda Lee Fisher (Jenkins); and her stepfather Carl "Buddy" Fisher. She is survived by: her grandson Austin O'Baker; her boyfriend Larry Chalfont; her close friend Robert "Bob" Becker; her daughters, Ashley Caple (Brandon) of Keyser, Tajah Moorehead (Thomas "T. J.") of Keyser and Echeo Younger (Lamont Smith) of Baltimore, MD; her grandchildren, Kohle, Alannah, Abrie, Braxton Caple, Aaralynn, Tivyian O'Baker, Kylah, Traiden, Kamilla Moorehead, Martez Peck, Elleonnaa and Kiiloh Smith; her brothers, Ronald "Ronnie" Loar, Jr. of Keyser, Jason of Mt. Savage, MD and Justin Loar of Mt. Savage, MD; and her close friends, Margaret "Maggie" Donato and Jennifer Ritchie Perdew. She is also survived by mother and grandmother, always putting her family.
