She was predeceased by: her mother Clara E. Orndoff; her husband James R. D. Weasenforth; her son Ricky Weasenforth; and her siblings, Ashby W. Orndoff, Richard Hannas, Delyle Orndoff, Katherine Grapes, Audrey Rowzee and Gloria Corbin.
She is survived by: her son Hal Weasenforth (Debbie) of Keyser; her grandchildren, Josh Weasenforth of Keyser, Jeremiah Weasenforth (Jessica) of Bellaire, OH, Aaron Weasenforth (Bethany Sawyers) of Keyser, Jenna Weasenforth of Romney and Ryan Weasenforth of Keyser; and her sister Roxanne Hines of Romney. She is also survived by Eight Great-Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel (85 S Main St, Keyser, WV 26726). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be sent to WVU Hospice 1952 New Creek Highway.
