He is survived by: his parents, Philip Lorin and Mary Agnes Carnell (Hanlin) of New Creek; his wife Linda Carnell (Okel); his daughter Clarissa Katherine Kimble (Tristan Scott Kimble) of Keyser; his granddaughter Eloise Katherine Kimble; his brother Corey Allen Carnell (Lora) of New Creek; his nieces and nephews, Emily and Cristin Carnell; and his sisters-in-law, Ladean Rodak (Michael) of Benwood, WV and Leslie Rodak (Patrick) of Valley Grove, WV.
