She was predeceased by: her parents, Addy Gentry and Leona Gentry (Moreland); and her siblings, Leroy Gentry, Virginia Simone, Pauline Blacka and Norma "Toots" Lewis.
She is survived by: her husband Harold W. Swick; her children, Harold W. Swick, Jr. (Lori) of Keyser, Jason G. Swick of Keyser, Dana Lynn Lucas (Steve) of Keyser, Jeremy Wayne Swick of Keyser and Thomas Allen Swick (Taylor) of Keyser; her grandchildren, Brandon, Josh Swick, Jordan Swick, Taylor Bacorn, Ryan, Dustin, Kearstin Lucas, Savannah, Isaiah, Preston Swick, Adrianna and Lacei Swick; and her sister Leona Jean Alt of Keyser.
