It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Estelle Redman (Keyser, West Virginia), born in Piedmont, West Virginia, who passed away on June 28, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Twyman and Clara Twyman (Campbell); her husband William Reginald "Wink" Redman; her brother Stewart "Stutz" Twyman, Sr.; and her nephew Todd Twyman.
She is survived by: her children, Tonia Y. Stephens of Washington, DC and William F. "Bill" Redman of Keyser; her grandchild Shannon Jarman (Eddie); her great grandchildren, Miles, Sara and Evan of Silver Spring, MD; her grandson Scott Redman (Donna); her great grandchildren, Megan and Tod of Ruther Glen, VA; her nephew Stewart "Teddy" Twyman (Diane); her great-niece Tonya of Keyser; and her sister-in-law Edna Fisher.
