Ruth Sue Blizzard Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 24, 2025, at the age of 87, Ruth Sue Blizzard of Keyser, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Sue Blizzard to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Bennie and Louise Wooding Via (Thurston); her husband Richard Melvin Blizzard; her daughters, Kathy Sue Blizzard and Phyllis Ann McCarty; and her grandson Jeremy Blizzard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Hitchins of Cumberland and Nancy Shockley of Keyser; and her sisters, Joyce Oates of Baltimore, MD, Donna Pancake (Charles "Park") of Keyser and Sharon Paugh of Keyser. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Smith Funeral Home ~ Keyser Chapel (85 S Main St, Keyser, WV 26726). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
