He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Roscoe Redman, Sr. and Celestine Virginia Redman; his siblings, Jay Redman and Loma Jamison; and his brother-in-law Lester "George" Clifford.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Tammy Simmons; his children, Ryan Redman of Keyser, Anthony "AJ" Redman of Piedmont, WV, Donald Corbin (Keisha) of Maryland, Ashley Nichole Blackburn of Keyser and Charles Vince Blackburn (Angel) of Elk Garden, WV; and his siblings, Ricky S. Redman (Debra) of Staunton, VA, Richard R. Redman, Jr. of Keyser, Jacqueline R. Robinson (James) of Staunton, Penny L. Redman of Keyser, Alisa Clifford of Keyser and Vicki V. Reed (Timothy) of Beltsville, MD.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and his furry companions.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home ~ Keyser Chapel (85 S Main St, Keyser, WV 26726). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests that memorial contributions be directed to the Smith Funeral Home, 85 S. Main Street, Keyser, WV 26726, to assist in defraying funeral expenses.
