He was predeceased by: his parents, Gorman Mosser and Rosena Mosser (Copeland); and his siblings, Gorman Mosser, II and Ramona Pennington. He is survived by: his wife Willeda B. Mosser (Wilson); his son Von W. Mosser (Linda) of Warsaw, VA; his granddaughter Kathryn Mosser (Evan Kerecman) of Phoenixville, PA; and his brother-in-law Paul Pennington of Carterett, NC..
