He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer William Roy and Mabel Helen Roy (McNeill); and his siblings, Dennis Roy, Bill Roy, Fred Roy, Alma Grace, Mary Angela Roy and Barbara Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Jean Roy (Mason); his children, Angela Dehayes (William) of Keyser, Lindy Patton (Frederick) of Keyser and Chris Roy (Jessie) of Rawlings, MD; and his siblings, Tom Roy, Margaret (Roy), Judi Roy of Yukon, OK and Robyn Llewellyn (Roy) of Keyser. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
