He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Viola "Kate" Casteel; his brother John "Skip" Burns; his brother-in-law Bob Queen; his father Chester Rhodes; his daughters, Eunice Aldridge, Kimberly Jennings and Teresa Skidmore; his sisters, Yolanda Phillips and Joanie Gulick; and his close friend Greg Burns. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
