Riggleman (Leica) of New Creek, WV; his half-brother Maurice A. Riggleman of Terra Alta, WV; his sisters, Linda K. Foster of Keyser, WV, Karen S. Shreve (Harlan) of New Creek, WV and Dinese L. Lyons of New Creek, WV; his uncle Norris Riggleman (Mary Ann) of New Creek, WV; and his stepbrother Albert Dettinburn (Patsy) of New Creek, WV. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
