He was predeceased by: his parents, William K. Spotts, Sr. and Evelyn Middleton Spotts; and his son Sgt. William K. Spotts, III. He is survived by: his wife Linda Spotts; his children, Karen Sue Caponiti (Phil) of Breezy Point, NY, Maria Burgess (Andy Cosner) of Keyser and Michael Spotts of Keyser; his stepchildren, Sherry Conner, Sonya Hollingshead (Brandon) and Scott Simmons (Candice) of Ft. Worth, Texas.; his grandchildren, Michael Ryan Spotts (Jocelyn), Cody William Spotts (Cheyenne), Austin Burgess, Brady Spotts and Alexis Spotts; and his great grandchildren, Easton Spotts, Elora Spotts, Veronica Spotts and Jett William Spotts.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in honor of William K. Spotts, Jr. to the American Lung Association and/or St. Jude.
