He is survived by: his girlfriend Rose Wingler; his children, Gary "Shane" Lowe, Jr. of Williamsburg, VA, Ronnie Presnell, Donna Chandler (Michael) of Williamsburg, VA, Tonya Williams (Butchie) of Williamsburg, VA and Kimberly Burks of Williamsburg, VA; and his siblings, George Lowe (Carol), Raybuck Lowe (Mary Lou), Butch Lowe (Robin) and Carolyn Foster. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
