He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Lowe and Flossie Belcher Lowe; his former wife Judy Hagerman Lowe; and his sister Edna Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Rose Wingler Lowe; his children, Gary "Shane" Lowe, Ronnie Presnell, Donna Chandler (Mike), Tanya Williams (Butchie) and Kim Burks; and his siblings, George Lowe (Carol), Raybuck Lowe (Mary Lou), Butch Lowe (Robin), Carol Foster and Patty Oswald (Andy). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home (3431 Coal Heritage Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
