In the vast expanse of eternity, Lois Akers shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Lois Akers farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Donald Akers; her parents, Ernest Eskridge and Flora Eskridge (Kerwood); and her siblings, Joe Eskridge, Betty Manley, Edward "Punkin" Eskridge, Wanda King and Ernest Eskridge Jr. Weegie.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Fridley; her daughter Andrea Akers-Eskridge (David Shaun Coleman); and her siblings, Kathleen "Kathy" Eskridge and Bobby Eskridge.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Kimberly Church of God (1367 Armstrong Creek RD, Kimberly, WV 25118).
