He is survived by: his parents, Eugene Ice and Wilda Briggs Ice; his wife Staci Burgess Ice; his children, Ryan Hicks (Katlyn), Chelsea Yost, Brock Ice and Fraya; his stepchildren, Allyson Griffin (Matt), William Mace (Megan) and Erik Mace (Faith); his grandchildren, Jaelin Ice, Maddox Yost, Hendrix Yost, Lennox Yost, Maxwell Griffin, Amelia Bellair, Nora Bellair, Emberleigh Mace, Evalyn Mace and Talon Mace; his brother John Ice (Crystal); his niece Kyra Ice; and his nephew Dorian Ice. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
