She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Allen Sapp Sr. and Ethel Evelyn Irene Sapp (Miller); her sister Tammy Heart; and her mother-in-law Mary Buckingham. She is survived by: her husband Guy V. Buckingham; her daughters, Ethel Haught (Kristy), Latasha Buckingham and Connie Buckingham; her grandchildren, Todd Buckingham, Lakrista Buckingham and Chloe Williams; her great grandchild Kristlyn Buckingham; and her siblings, Tracey Shahan and Kenneth Sapp Jr..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Field Funeral Home (10537 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Masontown, WV 26542). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
