She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy H Smith and Alice Roosevelt Smith (Fortney); her husband Robert Archie Goff; her son Robert Eugene Goff Sr.; her grandson Scotty Lee Goff; her great great grandchild Oakley; her children-in-law, Marsha Goff and Gay Dalton; and her siblings, Dayton Smith (Margaret), Clifford Smith (Martha) and Virginia Fulk (Floyd).
She is survived by: her children, Donald "Donnie" Wayne Goff, Terry Allen Goff and Patricia Charlene Thomas; and her grandchildren, Robert "Bobby" Goff Jr., Connie Savage, Donald Goff Jr., Stacy Sisler, Kelsey Schmidle, Nicole Neppl, Justin Goff, Jamie Thomas and Jennifer Baker. She is also survived by twenty-five great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
