He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Suter Kelly; and his parents, Charles Ray Kelly and Myrtle Louise Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Ray Kelly (Kimberly) and Rebecca Jo Kelly; his siblings, Samuel Joseph Kelly (Rhonda Lee Kelly) and Lillian Myrtle Mann; his grandchildren, Olivia Renee Kelly, Elijah Kelly, Maera Louise Kelly and Anais Katherine Kelly; and his close friend Steven Scott.
