We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2023, at the age of 59, Kelly Jean Sapp of Kingwood, West Virginia, born in Troy, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kelly Jean Sapp to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Earl and Linda Sweet Williams; and her son Jason Simms (Jerry Sapp). She is survived by : her sons, Morgan Williams of Kingwood, Ryan Sapp of Kingwood and Joshua Simms (Nina) of Kingwood. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
