Linda left this world on December 8, 2025 at the age of 72, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilco M. Hott and Betty Hott (Ely); and her brother Robert Hott. She is survived by: her husband Gary Sargent Brown; her children, Jeffrey Brown (Kelly) and Sherri Karickhoff (Mark); her sister Ruth Mozingo; her grandchildren, Logan Brown (Bailey), Kaitlyn Brown, Karson Karickhoff, Cooper Karickhoff and Karter Karickhoff; and her sibling's children, Amanda, Kathleen, Colby and Cy. She is also survived by one brother-in-law, and two sisters-in-law.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Kingwood Funeral Home (295 S Price St, Kingwood, WV 26537). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
