He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Ann Likens (late John Likens, Sr) and Steven; and his uncle Terry Goff. He is survived by: his daughters, Kasie Goff (Phillip Mayle) of Masontown, Kelly Goff of Kingwood and Carrie Cook (Jay) of Kingwood; his grandchildren, Rylan Everton (Tasha Swihert) and Kayla Belt (Kasey); his brother John Likens Jr. (Linda) of Rowlesburg; his nephew Chris Likens (Mandy); and his niece Samantha Burns (Joe).
