She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Otto Phillips and Fannie Leota Norris Phillips; her husband Homer C. Huggins; her great grandchild Valyn Wilhelm; and her siblings, Loretta Phillips, Lorene Perkins, Madeline Miller, Robert Phillips, William "Dick" Phillips, Edmond Phillips, Imogene McCoy, Maxine Williams, Wilbert Phillips and Philemon Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Huggins of Burton, Larry Huggins of Pine Grove, Randy Huggins of Littleton and Janey Longwell of New Martinsville; her brother Charles O. Phillips of Wileyville; and her half-brother Joseph Phillips of Parkersburg. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tennant Funeral Home (2678 Hornet Hwy, Hundred, WV 26575). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
