He is survived by : his son Kevin Hostuttler (Leroy Hostuttler) of Knob Fork; his grandson Shane Hostuttler of Weirton; and his brothers, Ray (Janice Hostuttler) of Knob Fork and Ronnie Hostuttler of Knob Fork. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
