She was predeceased by: her mother Dora Cousins; her husband Henry "Mitch" Burks; her grandparents, James and Mary Sue Daniel Moore; and her nephews, James Moore and Lil Ricky Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Brandon Burks of Lanark, WV and Monique Moore of Durham, NC; and her sister Doreen Moore of Lanark, WV.
Friends, while wearing masks and observing social distancing, may visit with the family one-hour prior.
