She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Cox and Idella Nelson Cox; her husband McRae Windsor; her sons, Robert and James "Jimmy" Windsor; and her siblings, Charles B. Cox, Franklin R. Cox, Allie Johnson, Hazel Allen, Elsie Covey, Phyllis Holhouser and Martha Cox.
She is survived by: her children, Victoria "Vicki" MacDonald (Ron) of Jacksonville, Charles Michael Windsor (Tammy) of Beckley and Patricia Brumfield (Jerry) of Lanark; and her daughter-in-law Patricia Lynn Harris of California. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
